Website accessibility

Having a website that does not discriminate against people with disabilities. NSD has been devising accessible websites since January 2001 and have developed over 20 websites that comply with one of the three levels of accessibility as defined by the world wide web consortium.
 

Website usability

Web usability is the online equivalent of good customer service; the easier your site is to use, the better you will have served your prospective customer and the more likely they are to become a client or member. Good website usability does not happen by accident, but by design and as a result of rigorous usability testing.
